The Shabbat service, led by Alan Wagman, is a step-by-step journey of mind, body, and spirit. This contemplative service will go deeply into each step -- from ordinary reality to the silent, subtle, still place where we might encounter the Presence within and beyond. Torah discussion included (and possibly Torah reading).

Bring percussion instruments. We will start promptly at 10:00 am.  Torah reading is Mishpatim,  Exodus 22:4-23:19.
