Thousands of us came together for the Global Climate Strike on Friday Sept 20, 2019 to back up the global youth climate movement in demanding action for a safe future.And many are looking for a way to volunteer to keep that movement growing. If this sounds like you, join us to volunteer with active teams working to prevent the climate crisis! Join leaders from 350 New Mexico, Mom's Clean Air Force and the Sierra Club to share the actions YOU want to take - and learn how to join teams already working on the climate crisis at the state and local level, and with youth activists... Or form a new team. To change everything, we need everyone - especially you!

We'll meet in two parts:

1:30-3:00 pm - Intro and welcome, listen to your ideas, share the work of climate teams acting now, and how you can help.

3:00-4:30 pm - Optional small group discussion within climate action teams, rotate to a few topics you choose (public outreach, climate action events, communications, engaging elected officials, push climate legislation, etc.)
