Celebrate the commemoration of receiving the Torah at Mount Sinai on zoom with Rabbi Min Kantrowitz and Cantor Beth Cohen. We are excited to announce that will have a LIVE BAND (at Beth’s house via Zoom) for Der Freylekehr Shabes this Friday May 7th and for our Community Shavuot Service on May 16th!!! The band is Ilene Dunn – flute and Barbara Friedman-electric bass and Beth singing and on guitar. Our Zoom room opens at 5:30 PM for schmoozing and greetings. The Ma’ariv service will begin at 5:45 PM which will include the final counting of the Omer and special holiday prayers and melodies accompanied by the trio. From 6:15-6:35 PM Rabbi Min will lead a mini-study session followed by a mini-study session with Cantor Beth. At 6:55 the service will resume with prayers for healing, kaddish yatom, Oseh Shalom and the Festival Kiddush.
