Celebrate Shabes JOY and teshuva (return) with Cantor Beth Cohen, SPECIAL GUEST RABBI LYNN GOTTLIEB, The Nahalat Shalom Community Klezmer Band and Rikud dancers! Join us IN-PERSON or via ZOOM. Schedule for the evening: 6:30PM - Participatory klezmer service with The Community Band, Rabbi Lynn, Cantor Beth & Rikud dancers - includes some of our favorite prayers from Kabbalat Shabbat and Ma’ariv plus candle lighting & blessing, prayer for healing and Kaddish Yatom. 7:30 PM - Kiddush and Ha-Motzee. 7:35- Optional potluck -or bring your own - vege-pesce-lacto-tarian dinner, and VISIT with Rabbi Lynn — followed by optional recreational Jewish dancing led by members of Rikud to the music of The Nahalat Shalom Community Klezmer Band and jamming musician friends.
