SILENT MEDIATION - On Shabbat morning there will be a silent meditation from 9:10 AM - 9:45 AM preceding the chanting. Plan to arrive by 9:00 AM to the Sanctuary. Doors will be locked at 9:10 AM to protect the silent space.

CHANTING SERVICE - The service (10:00 AM - 11:30 AM) will be contemplative as we take time to enter the liturgy through chant, then pause in the silence long enough to allow for an unfolding of possibilities and to develop the skillful practice that allows for Shabbat consciousness to flourish.
