Bio Bob Kanegis (MoBob)

MoBob believes that we all have two great stories. The Story of Me and the Story of We.  Where they intersect is where family and community happen. He performs and teaches nationwide, and serves as a story coach helping people find, craft and tell their most important stories.

MoBob explores the intersection of myth and traditional folktales with contemporary issues of family, culture, and politics in his blog-www.storytellerscampfire.com. He is the creator of The Endangered Stories Act and has been a contributor to anthologies including, The Healing Heart-Stories to Build Community, Telling Across Language Barriers ,Speak Peace, and Where The Heart Is-A Celebration of Home.

Together with his wife and storytelling partner Liz Mangual, they host  a series of occasional community events they call F.E.A.S.T!  Families Eating and Storytelling Together.
